Work across systems

Keith’s work sits at the intersection of human behavior and the systems that shape what people can do with it. His recent books examine executive judgment, human–AI collaboration, career mobility, psychological decision-making, education, entrepreneurship, money, consciousness, spirituality, religious literacy, and institutional power.

He earned an M.A. in Organizational & Business Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Historical Columbia affiliations have included the Alumni Career Coaches Network, University Senate service, and Teachers College student leadership. The site uses that history precisely and does not imply current university employment or endorsement.

From professional practice to intellectual platform

The current 2.0 site is designed to connect three kinds of work that were previously scattered: a large author catalog, applied professional practice, and public ideas. Books lead into frameworks and newsroom essays. Speaking topics draw from complete bodies of work rather than isolated talking points. Ventures remain distinct destinations with their own operational purposes.

Evidence and boundaries

Across the site, claims are treated according to the evidence that supports them. Numerical marketing claims inherited from older materials are withheld when their definitions or records are not sufficiently reconciled. Professional, clinical, legal, religious, and other high-stakes boundaries are kept explicit rather than hidden behind authority language.
